One month & OW!
To celebrate our first month of marriage, the ex & I went to dinner at Carrabba's. Thanks Mom!
Here's to a whole bunch of months of marriage!
Before we went to dinner though, we shot our muzzleloaders for a final sighting-in before the season opens on Saturday. I shot first & for some reason the gun kicked my shoulder harder than it ever has. The ex offered to sight the gun in for me, but I really wanted to do it myself. Worried that I would start flinching, we padded my shoulder a bit with a shirt & I shot again.
After double checking my shooting position, I shot a few more times, with the ex adjusting the scope after each shot. On shot 4 or 5, the gun kicked me again & I knew I was done. Reluctantly I handed over the Knight to the ex so he could finish sighting it in as I watched rubbing my shoulder. Wonder if a bruise will come up...
