Mid-Week Mutterings
The job interview seemed to go well. This is an agency that I interviewed with about 3 years ago. No mention was made of that fact, nor did I really have the right opportunity to bring it up. Seems the owner's son has gotten involved with the business & it is growing. Once they hire the 4 positions they are currently looking for, they will have a staff of ten.
Two odd moments in the interview came when I had to explain AKA's "zone management" & then when asked about my level of interest in the position. Seems that I did not spell out things clearly enough ... well, that & I think the owner may have a learning curve or something. We'll see what happens. They let me know that they had originally intended to hire an entry-level person cheap, but know that I am not that person & would come to them ready to help them with the business.
Once again, I was complimented on my resume & credentials. I know I'm good ... now give me a job! haha
After the job interview, I had lunch with a good friend & got to check out the printing place where she works. She introduced me to the owner & guess who had a copy of her resume ready. Is that cheesy or what?
Brian bought some mouse traps and so far we have gotten 2 of the little suckers out in my garage. No sign of the one that was in the office. Maybe Cooper ate him.
