1painter42 & her hubby & my Mom. I made a venison roast (whole hind leg) in a roasting bag & it really came out very yummy (if I do say so myself ... which I am). Mom made a sugar-free pumpkin pie (one of our favorites) & an apple pie that was scrumptious too. I tried something new with the twice smashed rutabaga ... put it in casserole pan, topped it with French fried onions & baked it for a bit. The result was enjoyed by all!
Today is a major goof off day since I am on a serious EQ bender. There are times when I could care less about playing & other times when I really want to get stuff done in the game. Of course, it's much more fun to tackle your "to do" list as lizard Shadow Knight than plain old me.
