Where to start?

It seems that I have fallen off the LJ-posting bandwagon in addition to already falling off my treadmill.

I will make a (possibly feeble) attempt at creating some updates with viable information pertaining to myself, the dogs, and what not, so stay tuned. Back-dated posts probable.

Today's weather is raw & they are calling for wintry weather through Wednesday. Earlier today we had some big fluffy flurries, but they were over quickly.

Get back on the posting routine. Get back on the damn treadmill or at least do some strength or flexibility exercises to relieve stress and so you don't feel guilty. Picture stopping the monkey jumping from someone else's back onto yours to deflect added problems and responsibilities. Make it an absolute priority to do more fun stuff- especially now in the dead of winter. Work less, search for and share jokes more.

Why do we only speak of inclement weather? Why not clement weather?
