I'm still here - really!
Monday was shopping day at the Safeway across town because they had some meats on sale C-H-E-A-P. Ground beef (80% lean) for 99 cents a pound! Country pork ribs also 99 cents a pound & roasting chickens for (you guessed it) 99 cents a pound. After loading up on the meats and tossing in some soda & a few other goodies, I spent $91 but saved $122! SCORE! Turns out that when you save more than you spend, it requires an override. LOL
On Tuesday, Mom & Wilma brought lunch right to my office ... CREPES! I adore crepes & have been hearing about how Wilma makes them for Mom on the weekends & about how she should make some for me too.
Yesterday was my one year anniversary at CFC.
Also yesterday, both Brian & I had a funky tummy bug-sort-of-thing. He's better today but i still have it.
