Here's my real update...
Work went fairly well with no machinery blowing up. LOL
My fingerprints were taken and my clearance application has been sent off. For those wondering a clearance of this sort costs about $5,000 per person. My company bills the client. For those wondering, it's the government (i.e. your tax dollars). Thanks guys!
The appraiser came by this evening and he was nice enough to explain what he looks for and how he comes to a market value for a house. I was amazed by the things he noticed about the house; the only thing I had to point out to him was that I have two pantries. Besides the nifty laser measuring gizmo he used, he also wore a little computer on his wrist. Totally geeked!
