Back from AFK

Actually I am home from a FANTASTIC weekend spent with friends in PA. They told me that they were rolling out the red carpet for me and they were not joking. From yummy meals to a wonderful walk in downtown (plus good shopping and chocolate!) to a lazy day and lots of greats chats, quality puppy time and so much more.

Thank you B & J - I had a truly wonderful time!

Just a few highlights of the weekend include:

• getting to see Eric's *special* bike helmet (well, his spiffy new bike too)
• eating a local dish - chicken on a waffle (yummy!)
• an awesome shopping haul from a nice consignment shop that netted 2 nice tops, a sexy robe/cami combo, 2 pairs of earrings and a pair of cute shoes for Jean - all for just under $40
• giggling so hard we had to stop to breathe
• lots of hugs
• playing with two awfully cute puppies
• naps for everyone!
• seeing snippets of fireworks for 2 days and not having to sit in the heat or deal with crowds
• roasted tomato soup (yummy!)

The drive to and from PA went smooth. On the way home, I met up with someone that I have played EQ with for a very long time (Vandorian). He, his lady friend and I got to chat for a fair bit before I really headed home.
