A day late

No update yesterday because things were a bit hectic. (Go figure)

Mortgage update: My house has appraised for $260,000 which is awesome news. However the type of mortgage that I qualify for requires a court certified document that states Brian's relinquishment of the house (even though this is not required by Virginia law). This may delay things a week or two. Other than that things look pretty good.

While I am at my sister's this morning, I will be heading off to PA shortly.
