daecabhir, last night. We had a yummy dinner, good conversation, a LOT of hugs, and even dessert. The question is why in the blazes do I have a splitting headache today?
Hopefully lying down and ibuprofen makes it go away for good.
Dinner last night:daecabhir had some bow tie pasta in the fridge, so I sauteed that with some olive bruschetta and fresh spinach, adding faux meatballs for protein. Acorn squash was cooked in the microwave (seriously, 8 minutes in the microwave or an hour in the oven - which would you choose?) and served mashed with butter. Everything turned out pretty yummy.
