The power of words

Don't ever doubt the power of your words.

Had to run out this evening to pick up a few last minute things that we need in our holiday preparation. After debating the available options, I decided to run to the small Walmart in Locust Grove. One of the items on my list was a half gallon of organic milk which the dairy case was completely out. After waiting for an employee to help me, I thanked him for going to look for it and when he came out the milk I told him how much I appreciated his finding it for me. His face broke into a huge grin and he hugged me.

All I said was thank you.

Cranberry sauce, creamed spinach, and stuffing are made, daecabhir has dough rising for rolls. Looks like we are in good shape for tomorrow when family and friends arrive.
