Well, dang
Where in the heck did my day go?
Doctor appointment-GoodWill-Wegmans-BJs-picked up something from Craigslist-grabbed lunch-JoAnns-AC Moore-tried to get a haircut-picked up Thai food for dinner.
Oh yeah.
Treadmill = zero
I am not off to a good start with Mr. Treadmill.
I miss my pottery studio.
Saw Stephanie (the PA) at Dr. Truong's office today. Despite a lot of stiffness, she said my back's not in too bad shape. She did a LOT of trigger point injections plus the TENS acupuncture and said that I should get adjusted by Dr. Ward (the chiropractor). I also received a 'get of jail card' for wearing my wrist bracers at night; I only need to wear them if my wrists bother me or the numbness returns. Yay!

daecabhir stayed home sick today; he sounds awful.
