... I think of all sorts of stuff to write here while I am driving down the road or trying to fall asleep, but do you think I could remember any of that stuff while I am sitting in front of the computer?

Some random thoughts...
I simply cannot wait for this weekend to see our friends in North Carolina again (& the ones from Virginia who drive down there too)!
I think I am ready to return to "the land of day time" in regards to work. Of course, I have no clue what will be in store for me when I return. The VP & I discussed my hours somewhat & the fact that I really am not limited to the 8 to 5 grind. This suits me perfectly because I would like to get home earlier in the evenings since Brian gets home by 4 pm.
My mother - of all people - has created an LJ. I am still in shock. Be careful all you LiveJournal people - my mother is among us. Hi Mom. Guess I have to watch my mouth now. haha
The wonders of egg foo young. There is a Chinese place not far from my work that makes the absolutely best egg foo young on the planet. I have no idea about their other food because every time I order from there, I get the egg foo young (promising myself that I will try something else next time). Lo & behold, by the time I eat there, I am jonsing for egg foo young!
Where were all the deer 2 months ago? Every night on my way home I see deer. One night, I could not count them all there were so many. I've had to slam on the brakes a few times for them, but mostly I expect them. They must know hunting season is over. I'm not sure who let the cat out of the bag, but keep your mouth shut next year so I see more deer in the woods!
