So Happy It's Thursday!
Cricket seems to be doing well for a two-legged canine. This morning she jumped out of the box Mom has her in. (Seems Mom was taking too long fixing breakfast.) From what I can gather, Cricket has regained "some" control over her shoulder since she no longer ends up with her front legs in awkward places, but she is not using her front legs either. The broken-elbow-leg seems to be doing well enough - best case scenario would be that joint fusing on its own while the other nerve-damaged leg heals enough to be used.
In the "I just want my projects to go smoothly" department, I just learned that my project that mails tomorrow has an issue with the zip code on the envelope. Fortunately, the barcode (which is how the post office actually mails stuff) is OK. Ah well, I guess it will sort out in the end. Pun intended.
