Upon arriving home to have dinner just about cooked by my ex, it was SO nice to be able to relax a little. With the additional daylight in the evenings now, I just have the yearning to be outside more. Being seriously overdue to get back on the treadmill, I opted to talk a walk with Tucker instead. It was wonderful to feel that I could take the time to do this!
He did very well on the leash. Without Cooper as a distraction, there was much less pulling. He does, however, walk in front of me a lot & we have to fix that. He's a lot of K9 to be tripping over!
Dog QotD:
"Tucker! I don't think Cooper really enjoys having his whole face in your mouth!"
The ex got the call he's been waiting for ... his bike is ready! He's been checking the weather every chance he gets since there is a chance of rain for Saturday. Right now it looks like Mother Nature will be cooperating with us for the pick up. I'll be arranging for insurance tomorrow & I have a feeling the ex will slip into the dealership after work tomorrow afternoon to pet the new bike & maybe take care of the paperwork.
Work is on a steady roller coaster of craziness. Not only do they not pay me enough period, but they certainly do not pay me enough for there to be ANY stress involved whatsoever! I've been scanning the papers whenever I can in search of something new, but the pickings have been mighty slim.
All of this week, I have been sleeping very soundly & Brian has had to wake me up from this deep sleep before he leaves. On the up side, I am not dreaming about work as much ... although my dreams have been quite jumbled, short, run-on dreams that seemingly make no sense.
Hey,
dreamtigress ? Is there any sort of easy way to put tags on my old posts? Now that I have [finally] figured out how to use them, I like them. LOL
