Tub training
April 3rd, 2008 06:11 amSince getting Tucker into the bathtub was a real chore, we worked on making it not so scary this morning.
The bright idea?
Feed the dog in the bathtub!
Before you laugh too hard, this method works for horses who spook at trailers. It has also been shown to work on men afraid of marriage.
OK - now you can laugh!
It took a while, but we finally had dog in tub. We'll have to rinse & repeat many times before the tub becomes a "happy place".
Both Brian & I rode our bikes to work yesterday. It was a bit colder than we had bargained for - especially for me. Once upon a time, riding out in 35 degrees was not the end of the world; now I really need for it to be 50 or higher as I am getting older. Perhaps there is some mathematical equation out there to determine age x temperature = riding.
Several ebay auctions wrapped up last night, Seems I will make a whooping $18 for my trouble. One of the old demitasse pots sold to someone in South Korea. I sure hope I have figured shipping charges out correctly!
