Another bathroom story
May 25th, 2008 09:57 pmWe had a little cookout today with family & friends. Good stuff!
The little nephews 'helped' Brian wash his motorcycle. This (surprise!) ended with the littlest nephew, Matthew, soaking wet. Upon facing his Dad with wet clothes, it was decided that he should take a bath. Right now!
Guess who he asked to help him.
His Dad?
NoooOOooooo!
ME!
You know the lady with no kids of her own & little-boy-bathing-experience of ZERO!
Luckily I remembered that my current shower gel can also be used as bubble bath, so we had a success there.
I'll spare you the details of my bubble bath experience with a 4 year old, but we did end up with a much cleaner little boy & dry clothes after a fashion.
Secondary laughs came in the form of said little boy wearing a high-visibility lime green shirt while waiting for his clothes to dry.
