And the answer is ...

Seems that I have a fluid build up in my ears which is causing the thumping & what-not.  Thankfully my blood pressure is somewhat normal & sinuses got an A-OK.  I'm giving the popular Z-pack a try to beat the issue.

In the "Aren't-I-too-young-for-that?" category, I also got some "water pills" to help with swollen ankles.

The doctor also reminded that I have to start seeing a pain management specialist for my back.  To her credit, she did give me plenty of pain pills for the back & Sonata for sleeping.
