July 22nd, 2008 05:18 pmThe ear *thing* that I have going on (fluid in my ear) did not go away after antibiotics so I went back to the doctor yesterday and she put me on steroids. If that does not clear up the issue, I have to see an ENT. My doctor warned me that they have to put a tube in my ear. YIKES!
The doctor did ask if I had noticed any hearing loss while having this issue & I admitted that I had. I also told her that it took me a bit to figure it out because Brian speaks so softly & often mumbles, that I wasn't sure if it was me or just normal at first. She asked if she should write two prescriptions ... one for my steroid & another for Brian's speech therapy! LOL
The killer headache of yesterday has mostly faded, leaving me with just a little normal headache - what an improvement!
Spent most of the day in a meeting about horse feed. How exciting is that?
