Too fast

August is half over & I find myself thinking it ought to be June.

What is new?

Got word this morning that the Controller of my company has put in her notice. This basically changes the entire top management of the company from the time that I started. It will be an interesting transition no matter what. Speaking of changes (or lack thereof) in co-op land, I have yet to hear anything from my "boss" about my position in regards to the restructuring.

The ex & I have a picnic planned for Saturday ... an effort at some quality time with each other which is sorely needed.

I'm sure there's more stuff going on, but I am out of brain cells at the moment.
