Believe it or not - I am still here!
Work still is work. Go figure. The latest baloney revolves around the pseudo-designer I've been working with for our sales flyer this year. She had the audacity to charge a late fee after having 5 weeks to complete a project & failing to do so on time. On top of this, her complete lack of professionalism boggles the mind. She keeps insisting on CCing my 'boss' on selective emails.
UGH
Thankfully this is her final project with me. I'll use crayons if I have to next time.
Meantime, I am working on a ninja project for our wedding anniversary. I hope the ex likes the finished project.
We're sort of at a loss of what to actually do for our [second] wedding anniversary. So far it looks like dinner at Carrabbas...
We have plans to hit the MD Ren Faire for one last time this coming Saturday. I wish it were closer so that we could go more often.
The ex & I shot our bows the other night. My first group was nice & tight, but I am flinching a bit & cannot figure out why. The scope still needs a bit of adjustment as my shots are landing a tad low. The ex needs to spend more quality time with his recurve by the look of his groups.
Bow season opens on October 4th!
