Pretty

We woke up to about an inch or so of snow this morning. It was the perfect snow ... a light covering on the trees, the roads were clear & mostly gone by the time I came home. (I was able to find enough snow to make a small snowball for Tucker.)

Today I went by Mom's house for lunch & to pick up the approximately 413 twelve packs of diet soda she picked up for us at Safeway. Thanks, Mom!

While I've always been a diet soda fiend, for years the ex would never touch the stuff. Now he drinks it two cans at a time. (Two-liter bottles don't work so well because he doesn't always tighten the cap.)

For tonight's dinner, I made a white pizza with spinach and ricotta. It turned out very yummy.
