Busy lil bee
June 22nd, 2009 09:00 amThat would be me.
You can relax ... I'm not going to post in rhyme!
Woke up to a relatively cool Monday morning with a long to do list. One of my first projects so far is tackling the ramp that leads into the house from the garage. I have wanted to stain it since we moved in.
First step: back the Endeavor out of the garage
Second step: drag ramp into driveway
Third step: grab my sander & get to work
Fourth step: look for my sander
Fifth step: say several bad words about a certain Tall Husband who cannot put things back where they belong; even things that do not belong to him.
Sixth step: give up on finding the sander & look for my handheld sander thingie
Seventh step: repeat step five
Eighth step: scrub the whole ramp by hand with a wire brush while repeating step five
Maybe one day he will get the hang of things ... yeah right.
Right now I am inside cooling off a bit. Unemployment is filed & I have some bills to pay, a banana bread to bake & my resume to work on.
Back to work lil bee!
