One of the items on my "to get one day" list has been a bread machine. Yes, I know that I have been somewhat of a carb nazi, but with my 'new and improved' diet, I am trading less fat (a lot less) and am able to eat some more carbs. At the prices that I am paying for high-fiber, no HFCS breads, a bread machine is a decent investment.
After doing a bunch of OCD research, I had narrowed down the list to two machines (thanks Mike K and![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
dreamtigress and whomever else gave me input). When I logged in to Amazon today I found that the machine that I liked better had been price reduced.
A sign!
The bestest part is that I had received a $75 Amazon gift card for completing a survey over the summer and by using it for my purchase, I am getting one heck of a nifty machine for $14 to the door! Can't wait to be baking fresh bread!
