Today's appointment with Dr. Truong brought about the news that maybe I came out of the cam boot too soon since I am still experiencing pain from my plantar faciitis. The plan is that I will wear the boot at night only. Until I get a regular night device, I will try sleeping with the cam boot. A lightweight one that I can sleep with is not that much money ($35) so I will be ordering one soon.
While Dr. Truong would like for me to undergo physical therapy for my shoulder, it's just not an option right now with being unemployed. She did, however, give some exercises that I can do at home to try to help. She also repeated the "dry needling" on my shoulder. She ask if I could let her try my foot again but there is no way I can endure that.
Treadmill = zero due to foot pain and trying to take it easy.
The ex has decided to retain his own counsel for the settlement agreement. He and his lawyer nitpicked the wording of several things and once his lawyer revises the agreement it will go to my attorney.
After a call to Patriot Harley-Davidson this morning, I learned that they are indeed looking for a marketing coordinator and that the auto-responder message I received was legit. So I resent my cover letter and resume as they instructed ... only to receive another auto-responder message.
