A watched pot...
March 4th, 2010 04:17 pm... never brings you the email you are waiting for. No agreement yet from my attorney so I am getting kinda antsy.
Treadmill = zero (but I walked with Tucker for about 15 minutes outside instead)
Yesterday I picked up four abandoned potted holiday trees; the kind folks buy and enjoy for a month (or less) and than apparently leave on the side of the road. I've been wanting to transplant some of the small cedars that pop up in various places in the yard to create a buffer on the property line along the lot where they built a house.
Sounds like a great idea, right?
When planting the second tree, I found the care tag. Turns out my 3-4 foot tall orphaned trees are Norfolk Island Pines. Also turns out that Norfolk Island Pines need 45 degree and warmer weather to survive. Oh well.
Also in the news today was me doing something that has been LONG overdue ... I backed up my LJ. Going through and reading some posts from 2005 was amusing, if not embarrassing.
