Joke's on...

I guess the joke was on me because LJ ate my witty title to yesterday's post. If I could remember what it is, I would tell you. LOL

Yet another awesome day! I am getting spoiled by the super weather. It was in the mid 70's before the day was out! Before taking the weekend "off" from my chores, I wanted to get more things crossed off my list.

Among the things that are no longer on my "to do" list...

• Vacuumed and mopped the dining room
• Washed dog beds
• Washed the dogs
• Washed the dog collars and leashes
• Mounted the can crusher in a new and improved location
• Renewed my Craigslist ads (including the room for rent)
• Did more laundry
• Organized a bit more in the garage

Tucker and Duchess spent the day in the run again. After 3 days, Duchess is now a brown and black dog instead of black and white. Tucker's coat is pretty much the color of the dirt. After pulling 2 ticks off each dog, they got their baths. I was able to get Tucker bathed outside, but Duchess choose to lay down when the water hit her. Turns out she was a good girl to do in the tub. Both pups got treated with FrontLine.

Amazingly - Duchess is STILL in heat!

Got an email today from a direct mail facility in Woodbridge that I applied to a while back. The management position that I put in for is gone, but they have another opening. Sadly the guy who wrote me knows nothing about the job he is talking to me about! Hopefully he will get to back to me with more information next week.

The settlement agreement is STILL in limbo-land - waiting on the ex and his lawyer.
