Mom called this morning to ask if I could phone Dr. Tuong's office for her. Seems she was pulled over for speeding on the way to her appointment. Slow down Mom!
Mom called me again in the afternoon and asked why I was not outside. I told her that I had gotten several things accomplished outside and was now inside. She insisted that I really should be outside. When I asked why, she let me know that it was because she in my driveway!
After we had a little snack, we set about planting two containers with parsley for my deck. Having fresh parsley all summer to use in the kitchen is so nice. Mom also bought me a step stool that I have been needing since there is no longer a very tall person in the house. Thanks, Mom!
Taking advantage of the still crisp weather, I also mowed the front lawn. Using the blower that I borrowed from Mom, I blew the leaves, pollen and etc. from the driveway. The yard looks pretty spiffy!
My blood results are in with split results. Triglycerides are much improved but the LDL went up (still borderline range). Overall count went down from 222 to 217. What all this means is that I am staying on Crestor for now.
No news on the settlement agreement; however I did get another invoice from my attorney. Sheesh!
Thought about hitting the treadmill or a walk with the dogs in the late afternoon, but my foot was hurting by then.
The health insurance information finally came in from ABR. I want to review it carefully since I have not had any dealings with Kaiser before.
