At this late point in the game I am afraid that I have a hired an idiot for an attorney. After asking last weekend for an update on the divorce papers, my attorney informed me this morning that she was going to file them, but didn't have the ex's new address. This address is in the settlement agreement which she has had since February.

ARGH!!!!
