Time flies

The practice room makeover is complete and we've started moving stuff back into it. Once the room is completely set, we'll have our joint meditation room ready to go.
The purple curtains that I dyed for the office were hung today. The dye job did not come even as planned - despite all the precautions of pre-wash, soda ash and stove top dying - but I think they look okay just the same, More importantly![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)

Over the weekend we managed to get a lot accomplished - including buying and installing cabinet pull-out drawers for some of the kitchen cabinets. This has really improved our storage space because it makes the cabinets much more user-friendly.
All of these things that we are doing serve to make the house _our_ home and it feels so good!
