SHIT update & 5 things

Thankfully I am feeling much better today and managed to get a bunch of errands done in Fredericksburg. The Prius got its oil changed and is now ready for our trip to the OBX.

With the remnants of tropical storm lee pelting us with rain for days on end, many of our friends are having flooding problems; we've been very lucky in that regard.

Since I've not done a five things post in a while, here's the list of current things I am grateful for:

• daecabhir sending me a red rose a love note at faire this past weekend.
• Receiving excellent and cheerful help today in the stores that I visited.
• Not feeling puny anymore.
• Scoring some good bargains on sewing supplies.
• Having time to paint my nails ... and daecabhir
liking the color.
