Code owie/weekend update
April 16th, 2012 09:36 pmIt seems the steroid pack has been helping the shoulder. It makes me feel a little racy but I'll take that over the pain. My right hand is still kinda numb but hopefully that will go away once everything is loosened up in my shoulder. Or maybe my neck.
Went to Dr. Truong today and there's a good chance that my neck is to blame for this mess. That meant trigger point injections in the neck and shoulder today. Whee!
Just in case the above mess was not enough it seems that I have an infection that may or may not be the result of kidney stones.
Aside from that stuff,
daecabhir and I had a whirlwind weekend - we drove to NJ on Saturday in order to surprise Kathleen for her 50th birthday. My most wonderful husband said it best, "The look on Kathleen's face made the whole trip worth it." There was a fireman's banquet, backpacks, rubber duckies, popping
daecabhir's flea market cherry, too much Chinese food and a slow dance with the love of my life.
The kiln firing was largely a success (one broken piece) which means that I now have a lot of pottery to glaze!
