Quiet weekend
July 22nd, 2012 01:26 pmWhile
daecabhir and I had planned for this weekend to be a quiet one, we did not expect it to be quite so quiet. My poor honey woke up sick on Friday and has been feeling poorly all weekend. Yesterday was our six-month-a-versary of marriage and my true love gave me a taste of his crud. We both camped out on the couch for the afternoon and evening watching movies.
In other news, I am feeling a bit better today while my Panda is still a bit puny.
I now have a rain check to play with clay with my honey as well as a dinner out - the stuff we were going to do yesterday.
Waiving to
1painter42 because she had invited us over today and we had bail on her.
Yesterday was wildlife day around the country home -
daecabhir spotted two deer feeding in our drain field. Turned out to be a doe and a small six-point buck. We watched them for a good while while they grazed and nibbled. He'll be posting some pictures to Facebook when he feels up to it. Also spotted yesterday was "Stubby" the tail-less squirrel. We had not seen her in a long time and were starting to get worried. I was able to snap pics of her and have posted them to my Facebook page.
