Apparently a new medication that I have started is not playing nice with something else in the pharmacy bin that I take every day and the result is a woozy stomach since Wednesday. With no phone call back yet from the doctor, I think I am going to throw in the towel tomorrow and hopefully have a day without nausea.
This week has found me in the studio for a few days and there are more pieces than before drying on the shelves. Next weekend will find us in Hanover with Mr. Tessum and I'm contemplating firing the kiln with a short run since I am supposed to some cylinders up for him to examine. Bisqueware will travel so much better than greenware.
No decision on what to do with my hips yet (was hoping to discuss my options with the doctor/nurse when they called back) but if I do choose the PRP, it will wait until after our PA trip now.
In knitting news, I have finished my first shawl! Tomorrow I plan on weaving in the loose ends and blocking it. After reading up on blocking alpaca, I'm going to go pretty conservative since alpaca is pretty stretchy. Also the design of this shawl is pretty plain so not much shaping will be necessary. Thanks to
1painter42 I now have real blocking pins, more stitch markers and a few more goodies for my knitting and sewing kits.
