11 random/odd/fun facts about me that you may or may have not known...

1. I am allergic to and dislike yellow gold. White gold and other metals are fine. And prettier IMHO.

2. I have been on TV and radio.

3. My work has been published in several genres.

4. I've owned a total of 5 motorcycles; three of which were purchased of new. (1981 Kawasaki 440 LTD, 1982 Kawasaki 1100 LTD, 1991 Honda GoldWing Interstate, 1995 Honda GoldWing Aspencade, and a 2001 Honda GoldWing 1800.)

5. I have never purchased a new car. In the year it was released, but never brand new. (The Endeavor)

6. I was riding a motorcycle when the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center happened.

7. I've undergone three major career changes (veterinary medicine, marketing, pottery)

8. I think that milk chocolate is a waste of time and that white *chocolate* isn't chocolate at all - it's just candy.

9. When I was a child I asked Marie Torre if I could change my middle name to something with a J so that I could have the initials AJ - after A.J. Foyt.

10. I've raced demolition derby cars. Yes, they call it *racing*; no, I don't know why.

11. I am scared of snakes, earthworms, frogs, and toads yet I can field dress a deer.
