So ... it's Thursday

pandasheartBrian & I have now been married for 13 months. It's still my lucky number!
Apparently I made some sort of mistake when choosing my new GP a few years ago. In trying to get a prescription refilled (a drug that I have been on for a quite a few years) I have now been dismissed from her practice. Or at least I think I have; it was difficult to make heads or tails of the message she left on our machine. First she tells me to make an appointment to see her but later on she says her office will send me a letter stating my dismissal. It seems two phone calls to her office has been considering "badgering her staff".
WTF
As soon as time permits, I will be writing a letter to her office to request my records & let her know that I am no longer her patient (regardless of whatever she thinks my status is in this regard). Of course, copies will go to my insurance company, the VA medical board & whomever else I can think of.
In other non-related news, but just as strange, I learned yesterday that CFC is doing a bit of restructuring corporate. As some of you may recall, the last time my employer did this sort of thing, I was out of job. This time it is not so clear what will happen ... although it seems that I may have the opportunity to apply for a higher level position within the company. The catch? It seems my main competition would be my boss. He's pretty weirded out over it too.
In CPAP-Land, I will hopefully have a new mask to try tonight; a nasal pillow device for those in the know. It could not have come at a better time because this morning I woke up with two extremely sore spots on my forehead from the current mask. They started off as indents, but soon became outdents. Is outdents a word? No, but you know what I meant now, didn't you?
