Challenge to myself

Not really a New Year's resolution, but more choosing the date because it is an easy one to focus on & is after the Christmas blitz of food, I am trying to back on my treadmill starting January 1st.  I fell off the 'walking wagon' a year ago & my weight shows it & my knees feel it too.  All the other dates I have picked have not worked, so I am trying again.
