Falling apart

Last week, our fairly new Whirlpool microwave stopped working (repair man due tomorrow). Brian also noted that our sink was leaking (repair man = Brian). I'm afraid to go in the kitchen!

Mr. AmStaff puppy still has no name & while I have a list of possible names, nothing is jumping out at me.

The list?
Indy, Pi, Tucker, Trapper, Kai.

A few others have been off & on the list, but again, nothing is screaming "me, me". For some reason, I get the vibe that the name should have 2 syllables & have a hard consonant sound. I'm also trying to stay away from any names that can be construed as violent since he's a pit.

The pup is doing fairly well, although he did pee twice tonight with virtually no warning. He goes in his crate fairly well & sits some of the time when asked.

When I spoke to Peter of words for Tiger in other languages, he mentioned that most languages are borrowing it, because they didn't have tigers, and therefore had now word for it. One thing that did come up though, is that another name for Tiger in India is Khan. As in Shere Khan from the Jungle Book. Just food for thought.
