I finally did it.

"It" is buying a treadmill. We've talked about getting one for a long time. After a fair bit of research, I found "the" one - a Smooth Fitness 5.15 treadmill. Simple, sturdy enough for moi & maybe the Tall Guy if he wants to try it. Price? $899 ~ delivered to my door. And... it's coming tomorrow!

Today we are having a cookout at my company. Rumor has it that the President of the company is a sucker for pot lucks. LOL So we have three scheduled cookouts during the summer. The company supplies the burgers, dogs & drinks, with the employees bringing in pot luck dishes. Miss Lo-Carb brought macaroni salad. hehe

Cricket is back at home after a brief vacation at Mom's. I am thinking about trying to see if we can build her a sort of nesting box for the office so she can curl up with us while we play EQ.

Wow - me thinks me ate a bit too much for lunch! I feel a food coma coming on!
