Two for Tuesday

Tucker and Duchess seem to get along just fine. It is amazing how much they play "bite your face" and no one has lost an eye. I have been walking them on a leash with a coupler and for the most part it goes well. Tucker is used to being the only dog on the leash and tends to go where he chooses. Add this to his long stride and he basically walks (pulls) Duchess along.

Treadmill = zero (but I went for a walk with the dogs)

Moved a few things around in the living room again and I'll see how it works out.

My big project for the day was applying the transparent window covering that I bought up in NJ on the windows on both sides of the front door. Hopefully it will be a winner - even with one of the windows falling and cracking a corner off the frame. (OOPS) Eventually I will paint the inside frame so it looks a bit more finished.

Raked up some more leaves and burned them this afternoon (after 4 pm as regulations allow).

My attorney emailed me this afternoon to let me know that the ex's lawyer says the last draft of the settlement agreement is a go. I will get see it one last time and then off it goes to be signed. Hopefully there will not be any more huge delays in getting the agreement finalized and signed.

Wouldn't you know it ... the first fried chicken dinner at our local firehouse is this Saturday and I had planned on going out of town. /cry
