Not quite 10.5 - lol

"Just" a 10 hour day today at the office. I may have gotten out sooner but the mortgage guy caught me as I was wrapping up a few things. I'm glad that he caught me because I need to get my mortgage rocking and rolling (again).

Pending the appraisal on the house, it looks like I can get a 4.99% loan and lower my monthly payments by $200 or so. Just wish I could get the (approximately $3,000) closing costs down more. Right now the rate is locked in until July 11 and the mortgage man thinks that if everything comes together we can close in time. Oddly enough the lender that he is looking at for the loan is a bank that Group Marketing did a project for way back when. What a small world!

With no travel plans or other arrangements for this weekend, I intend on catching up on sleep, housework and other chores and maybe even getting over to Mom's to help her out a bit. Her house is looking so much better. Now to find a buyer for the place!
