Yay for Saturday!

While the morning started off on the cool and comfortable side, it did not take long for the promised heat wave to arrive. very hot and oppressive air moved in over the area and stayed put. Among today's accomplishments are:

• Brought the Yard Bug to the lawnmower guy for repair using the new trailer and settled my bill for the trailer hitch installation
• Got a haircut (it's short!)
• Paid bills
• Trimmed both dogs' nails
• Found the best deal on bags for my Samsung vacuum cleaner and ordered them
• Searched Lowes for replacement batteries for the string trimmer from Mom
• Went grocery shopping and saved $57!
• Filled the hummingbird feeders
• Did a load of laundry
• Emptied the ash from the wood stove
• Took a nap
• Brought the table leaf downstairs
• Made sun tea

All that and I even got to play EQ for the time in weeks!
