Almost the weekend

Since I was on the hook to do cat care for a friend, I left the office at a decent time today. The work day went well, although there is still so much to do. Maybe that will mean job security.
When I arrived at the office though, I was greeted with the news that a small water line had broken and there had been a mini-flood on the production floor. After scrambling to find out who to call, I was pleasantly surprised when the plumbers showed up in two hours. Turns out one of them was very helpful in offering suggestions about my shower pipe issue. He offered to come out on his own time to fix it if I cannot do it by myself since their company does not come out this far. Doesn't hurt that he's kind of cute too. LOL
The deed copy has been sent to my attorney so she can do her thing to create the quit claim deed. I also spoke with the title company that will be handling my mortgage and really liked the gal I talked with today.
Today's heat and humidity was absolutely horrid. while we've not really gotten slammed with many storms today, I am still glad I drive the Endeavor. Tomorrow should be a GoldWing day with temperatures expected to drop overnight.
