Wednesday updates
June 23rd, 2010 09:00 pmTurns out the fee for the failed Merlin test is whooping $37 and while I readily admit that that is chump change, the thought of failing Merlin testing 'regularly' bothers the heck out of me.
Today went fairly smooth - the problems that did come up were handled quickly. Over lunch, two of the more senior employees asked me flat out what my title was and how the hierarchy of the new production team worked. And here I thought they would have known this stuff.
In regards to my title, the company favorite seems to be "High Priestess of Production". Maybe I will find out what my spiffy title will be at my 90-day review.
In divorce news, it turns out that my attorney and I had a miscommunication about the quit claim deed needed for me to get the mortgage in my name. Now that we have things sorted, I will be sending her a copy of the deed tomorrow morning so that she can draw up the paperwork for the ex to sign.
