pandasheart: Panda's Heart (huh?)
I am not sure how it is possible for a company to suck as badly as Verizon does. And when I say Verizon, I mean all of Verizon.

After getting out of their "one bill" program which did not save me any money (as promised) but only mucked up both of my Verizon bills, I thought things would sort out.

Now it seems that the "one bill" folks have not paid the wireless folks and neither of them seems to know where the heck my money is. All I know is that the money is no longer in my account.

After spending about two hours on the phone - much of it on hold - I give up trying to sort it out for tonight.
