Good times

If it's possible to be both busy and lazy at the same time, I would say that daecabhir and I are doing it this weekend. There has been some much needed sleeping in (after, of course, staying up too late the previous night) as well as visiting with folks, having a good time, but also getting some household chores accomplished, etc.

Saturday evening we went to dinner with the visiting teacher from Colorado and several others from the meditation center.  Dinner was yummy and the conversation (from both ends of the long table) were fun. After dinner, the teacher came over to me and we spoke for a few minutes. Most noteworthy is that he told me that our (daecabhir & mine) relationship seemed to be 'noteworthy'. This struck me as quite profound and I thanked him for it and we talked a bit more. On parting, he that he hoped that our relationship to continued being noteworthy.

After dinner, we went to dreamtigress's house for her post-holiday party. An amazing amount of laughter was had, as well as good noms, yummy shooters (fairy sex anyone?), impromptu singing, me being made into a "ta da" sandwich, funny videos and more. One of the highlights of the night for me was watching insegnante and my very own insegnante do their version of a call in radio show. Great stuff.

Today found us sleeping in even later than the day before and slogging through some chores.

And now, unbelievably, it's bed time again!
