daecabhir is thoughtful and made of win, he bought me knitting looms for our anniversary (as well as some beautiful yarns to go with them). Today I sat down to gave it a try ... once I figured out how to cast on, I just kept going and am now about a third of the way down with my first project - a simply hat design.
It may be hokey as hell but I am stoked!
