Dorks

daecabhirand I are the adorkable duo. We've pretty much been adorkable from the very beginning. Being dorks is a somewhat interchangeable thing - he calls me a dork, I call him a dork. There is a lot of mutual dorking.

Wait. That doesn't sound right.

In any case, I think that you get the idea.

A friend from the other side of the big pond (England), Andrew (someone I used to play Everquest with) sent me the following note via Facebook.

"Grats on being happy with the new guy! Just a small thing occurred to me - you use phrase the "adorkable duo" quite a bit - JGW may be a nice guy who appears not to mind, but most guys wont like the "dork" bit, even if they're too nice to say so - maybe go easy on "adorkable" bit.

I just had to smile when I read the email and called daecabhir in to the office so that I could read it to him. My shiny dork man just grinned big (as I knew he would) and we both had a good chuckle.
