License plate?
April 10th, 2012 09:54 pmSeems that I should have gotten the license plate number off that truck that hit me.
Oh wait. A truck didn't really hit me, it just feels as though one did.
Part one of this is due a very achy shoulder. Some weeks ago, it felt as though I had a pinched nerve in my left shoulder. Just as that was starting to subside, the right side started feeling the same way, only worse. While I had started back up with Dr. Truong, we needed to get my back into shape first, so the shoulders waited. Well, things really came to a head over the weekend and on Monday, I had Stephanie, the PA check things out. She announced that I had a 'boulder' in my right shoulder where my muscle was supposed to be and she did trigger point injections and acupuncture TENS treatment to the ouchy shoulder. Afterwards, the massage therapist worked me over big time. The shoulder is still all kinds of sore today ... hopefully things start improving soon with it.
Part two of of this mess comes from visiting the dentist this morning for some fillings. For whatever reason, the nitrous hit me hard and they kept me on straight oxygen for about 20 minutes after they were done with the fillings. My face stayed numb for much longer than normal (or so it seemed).
I'm hoping a good night's rest sorts a lot of this out.
