Catching up (or trying)

There has been so much going on I am not sure where to start so I am going to cheat and copy some of my Facebook posts here. That will most likely make some stuff wonky date-wise. I will apologize in advance for mucking up your feed, but honestly, it's like I have this huge readership to worry about. This blog is more about keeping tabs on my life, to help remember stuff for when I am old and senile (or just old), and for a few friends who come to read my blather.
