Canadian yarn trip #1

As many of you know, I have been on a yarn diet since I have plenty of yarn … but vacation doesn’t count and
daecabhir is quite understanding about all of this. On our recent trip to Canada, I had the pleasure of visiting TWO yarn shops!
The first shop we enjoyed was Wabi-Sabi, a LYS nestled in an Ottowa neighborhood conveniently located across from a yummy pizza place where we had lunch beforehand so that I would have enough strength for shopping. They had a comfy leather chair for
daecabhir in the middle of the shop (I guess so he could keep an eye on me or something), the staff was so friendly and the selection was very nice. No knitting looms but they do have weaving looms (even potholder looms) and the lovely lady at the store did not blanch nor bat an eye when I said I knit with looms.
